I, Barb Holtz, have made a commitment to focusing my training expertise on bettering the LIFE for true everyday people. Where my experience and training has and can benefit anyone, I have a true calling to working primarily with female clients. I chose to accept this calling based on the same situations that you yourself face today. We all have our hurdles, and LIFE sometimes masks itself of appearing to get in the way. We become basked in personal and professional lifestyles that limit our perceived resources. We become wives, moms, full time comitted to someone we love and next thing you know...we don't recognize ourselves. The gym then becomes even more of an intimidation and besides...where do we begin.

The only area I am selective about the clients I accept into my training program is the level of commitment you are willing to give back. Obviously, true results can only be enjoyed with the fulfillmet of a well laid planned. I commit to a customized plan EVERY time, and only want to see that you see the plan through and enjoy the quality of LIFE you truly deserve. I admit that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination, but my techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time. However, I will hold you acountable to insure you will enjoy the results that your dedication deserves.

My extensive training allows me to train anyone from the seasoned fitness individual that just needs that extra push all the way to various amounts of healing injuries, surgeries and life mis-haps that we all seem to have trouble avoiding. I work with soon to be moms, new moms and seasoned pro moms. No two people are the same, nor should training scenarios be. I receive the most pride from helping those who have given up on themselves or have had injuries and surgeries that have limited them in the past from getting that needed exercise.
 
I am certified by the National Personal Training Institute as a Certified Personal Trainer.
